This past weekend I had the opportunity to watch the beautiful ladies of Texas compete for the coveted title of Miss Texas Teen USA 2016.
Winning this year’s Miss Texas Teen USA 2016 crown is Karlie Hay (Kemah). Karlie will compete alongside 50 other young ladies from across the country for the title of Miss Teen USA 2016. Watch Karlie’s crowning moment below!
